About Texas Quality Frontier

Our Founder

Texas Quality Frontier was founded by Johan A. Navarro A.S., a seasoned expert with a robust background in biological research, laboratory testing and management, quality engineering, and metrology. With an Associate's Degree in Biological Sciences and a Black Belt in Six Sigma methodologies, our founder has a deep understanding of quality systems and process improvements.

From the Laboratory to Consulting

With over four years of experience as a Quality Engineering Supervisor in a Medical Device Testing Laboratory, Johan A. Navarro honed his skills in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Prior to that, three years as a Metrologist provided invaluable insights into precise measurement and calibration processes. These roles not only cemented Johan's expertise but also sparked a passion for helping other businesses improve their operations.

The Birth of Texas Quality Frontier

Recognizing a gap in the market for quality-focused consulting services tailored to small businesses, Johan established Texas Quality Frontier. The mission was clear: to provide comprehensive consulting services that drive quality improvements, foster continuous improvement, and support businesses in achieving ISO certifications and other quality standards.

The TQF Story

Our journey began with a deep-rooted commitment to quality, inspired by years of hands-on experience of our founder, Johan A. Navarro, in a locally owned medical device testing laboratory. During this time, Johan played a pivotal role in maintaining ISO 17025 and successfully implementing ISO 13485. This invaluable experience revealed the transformative power of an effective management system and its ability to propel a business forward.

In observing the dynamic growth of our hometown, El Paso, Johan recognized a significant opportunity. As our city thrives with emerging businesses, Johan saw a need for expert guidance in steering these businesses toward quality products and services. This insight became the foundation of our mission: to empower small business owners with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to excel in their industries.

At Texas Quality Frontier, our mission is clear: to help you take your business to a level of excellence. We envision a future where El Paso stands as a beacon of business quality, setting the standard for excellence and innovation. Our approach is rooted in our core values of honesty and leadership. We believe that great leaders drive success, and our dedication to honesty ensures that every client receives transparent, reliable, and high-quality service.
